Maggie MacDonald

PhD Student

Maggie MacDonald (she/they) is a PhD candidate at the Faculty of Information researching pornography platforms, with a dissertation exploring cultural production on Pornhub. She currently works with Ethical Capital Partners, the platform’s ownership, as a member of Pornhub’s Advisory Board. Maggie is a 2023-2024 Massey Junior Fellow with doctoral work supported through the Social Science and Humanities Research Council (SSHRC).
